Maintenance
Machine wash in warm water
All Timininous merino wool clothing and accessories are machine washable in warm water. (NEVER HOT WATER!)
It is recommended to turn clothes and accessories inside out before washing.
As an extra precaution, you can place your pieces in a delicates laundry bag .
Use a mild detergent
Never use bleach or fabric softener. We simply recommend using a mild detergent, such as our natural Eucalan detergent , which revitalizes wool and other natural fibers.
Dry flat
Ideally, do not put your merino wool clothes in the dryer. It is recommended to dry them flat in the open air. You should also avoid hanging them as this could cause them to lose their shape.
Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free in Canada and the United States for orders of $130.00 and more before taxes. It is $10.00 for local delivery* and $12.00 for standard delivery.
*We offer a carbon-neutral local delivery service by bicycle or electric car for customers in the central districts of Quebec City (Limoilou, Montcalm, Saint-Sacrement, Saint-Roch, Saint-Sauveur, Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Sillery, Vanier, Vieux-Québec) as well as those in the first-ring suburbs (Beauport-Sud, Charlesbourg-Sud, Duberger-Les-Saules, Lebourgneuf-Sud, Sainte-Foy.)

When will I receive my package?
Our packages are generally shipped within 5 business days, with the exception of pre-order items.
